that so far, I think January's release is one of my favorites. I just love a good celebration and seriously, who could resist cake?! Speaking of cake, look at this cute layout Tammy created to mark her daughter's birthday!
She adorned her layout with a few strips of Scenic Route's Surprise Paper, some photo corners and one awesome cake! Tammy also used January's Banana Split 4x8 alphabet to create her title. Do you see the tag sticking out from behind the photo? I love a little hidden journaling!
Veronica created a layout for her son's first birthday with the Silhouette Balloon Border download.
Veronica used the Quickutz Storybook alphabet and the Spellbinders Nestabilities Star for her title. Here's a closeup view of the star:
Can you see the embossing around the edge of the star? That's part of what makes the Spellbinders dies so great!
Our next layout is also from Tammy. On this one, she used the December release Revolution Flourish, the Jolly font, and the large photo corner.
Cute, cute layout!
Today's final project comes from PJ. She can't get enough of the Quickutz Nesting Balloons...and I can't blame her!
PJ wanted her balloons to stand out so she ran them through her Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and then gently ran her black Copic marker over the embossed area before adhering them to her card front. Such an easy way to add lots of detail...and without it overwhelming the project! So pretty!
Thanks for stoppin' by today! We hope you're gaining useful inspiration from all the wonderful projects. Don't forget to send your submissions for the guest "With us Wednesday" spots to me at katie@scrap-mart.com. While you're here, leave us a comment! We love hearing from you! Have a great day!
